After the USS Voyager returned to the Alpha Quadrant, the crew was outfitted with the new Starfleet uniforms. Captain Janeway was promoted to Admiral (as seen in Nemesis). 

I included Barclay here, since he played an important part in getting Voyager back home.

And I finally promoted Harry Kim to Lieutenant J.G.

In the 5th season episode Relativity, Seven Of Nine is seen wearing the standard uniform while she is posing as Ensign Anna Jameson during a timetravel-mission to save Voyager. 

I sanded off the Borg implants from a Seven-figure and re-sculpted the neck. The body is a DS9-Dax body. I changed the com-badge to match the onscreen appearance. I could have used a female Voyager-body instead, but the Dax-body is a little more curvy and simply looks better proportion-wise.

I have seen a few people make this figure, and it was a must-have for me: Admiral Janeway from Voyager's finale Endgame.

It's a Janeway-head, aged and with different hairstyle, of course, on a Captain Beverly Picard-figure with a few details painted on.

This is a variety of background crewmembers in uniforms used during the run of Voyager as well as in Generations and DS9 seasons 3 - 5 (until the new uniforms were introduced in The Rapture).

Heads used: TOS Pike, Toy Biz Superstars of Racing Bobby Labonte, TNG Data, Ro Laren, Beverly Picard and Benzite, TMP Ilia (as Bolian female), Primeval Stephen Hart, Helen Cutter and Tom Ryan, Dr. Who Jack Harkness and Toby and a 1/6 scale head shrunken with Hydroshrink.

Lieutenant Vorik is a re-sculpted Tuvok.
